Nature: African ground support services –and construction projects.
Problem: Recent foreign equity acquisition led to consolidation and reporting issues, currency conversion, US GAAP requirements, and higher expectations of accounting controls and cash management.
Solution: Restated financials, streamlined month-end closings to accelerate consolidation by parent company, implemented project accounting and margin analysis.
